Killer!. If you are into this Epic Black/viking metal. between them and Forefather there is nothing like it :)
Granted I dont like early Forefather much as the later releases.

How does it sound compared to Ok Nefna Tysvar Ty? Man that was a great album.

It's a lot more aggressive and black metalish than the previous effort, which can be described as Vratyas' pussy album. But great nonetheless.

Depends what you mean. 50/50 clean vs Bm vox.
Choruese of course remain clean. Has the repetition as always for rhythms, maybe similar to slow windir. Do not be expecting anything fast, because I have come across no speed to my recollection.
I believe this album lets the guitars do majority of the melody rather than the keys. Less keys for sure. Except for the intro they remain in the background.
There are some spoken mid-pieces throughout from time-to-time?

Does this help?

I didn't like the sample I heard, the vocals spoilt the symphonic bits, and the narration (or whatever the fuck it's supposed to be) doesn't fit in well. Not good.

hmm i dont mind clean/BM vocals, but its good that the keys take the back seat this time.

Lol, I'd just finished reading this thread when my doorbell rang... it was the postman, delivering me the pack from Napalm Records which contains this album (and Ok Nefna Tysvar Ty as well) among others :D
