I read an interview on these guys in Metal Maniacs yesterday. Dark Ambient/Black Metal hybrid where the guys in Stalaggh recorded Projekt Terror in complete darkness with four literal mental patients, one of them a convicted murder (his mother no less) in sub zero tempratures. Similar to Abruptum, self-mutilation was the course of the times and one of the mentals killing himself shortly after recording. Anyone heard any of these guys stuff?

Yeah you could say that. They don't have lyrics per se, just the mental patients doing literal tortured screams in it via self mutilation. The guy stated he wanted to combine the bleak and coldness of industrial with the aggression and hatred of black metal. It's interesting, although you wouldnt find me listening to it on a regular basis

Odd. Though not nearly as odd as the fact that THR.com still hasn't run out of copies of this little number.

I wonder why...

Sounds... pretentious. Now the new Sigh album, that's interesting pretentiousness.
