I'm not usually into melodic/symphonic BM, but I've liked Catamenia since I heard Eternal Winter's Prophecy about five years ago. Definitely worth checking out, especially maybe Chaos Born. Much better than OMC's In Defiance of Existence which came out the same year (2003). Though you can't really go wrong with any of Catamenia's releases. The new album Winternight Tragedies got 9.5/10 from Metal-Observer. Guess I gotta check that out. |

friggin love this band ever since i first heard the song Blackmension, I can't find a single record store in my state that stocks their albums or that can even get them in (I called all of them) so I have had to download their albums, i feel so stingy. |
