There is so much extreme music out there, but i remember the first time i heard The Berzerker and how furious and brutal it was. Anaal Nathrak is up there as well.

The first time I heard INRI by Sarcafago, my jaw hit the floor. Wagner Lemounier's vocals are as hellish and inhuman as any ever put to record. The fact that the record came out in '87 makes it that much more extreme.

Yep. The Berzerker is pretty extreme. Was just about to mention them.

Leaving avant-garde jazz and stuff like Wolf Eyes out, probably Ildjarn.
