What would be a good starting CD to get into Velvet Cacoon? I know I should have asked a long time ago.

Genevieve is my personal favorite, so I'm just going to say start with that. Also the easiest to find.

Ah, thanks, I'll check that out.

Right now I'm listening to.. *deep breath* .. "How the Last Day Came and Stayed then Faded into Simulated Rain" by them, and it's breath-takingly beautiful.

Is that mp3 or did you somehow get yourself a real copy?

Because if it's mp3, could you please please be an outstanding citizen and send it to me?

That album is just fucking awesome, even better than Genevieve! The vocals by LVG are really beautiful!

I only have Genevieve and it is awesome. The last track is a little boring. I listened to it after a night out where I smoked a joint the size of a corncob and in that state of mind it was actually quite good... Who needs dextromethorphan.

I have Dextronaut on a CD-R and it is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard! Perched on a Neverending Peak and A World Untoched By Mankind are mindblowing! A World Untouched has such a grim and desolate atmosphere it has to be heard to be believed! I always imagine a sprawling Metropolis, acres and acres of concrete, with a layer of thick, choking, black smoke, slowly suffocating us all to our bitter, welcomed end.
