I was giving the self-titled album by Taake a listen and after listening to this album (Cult of The Dragon) I think this album has a much more successful atmosphere in captivating the listener in darkness and the overall depth of the album. Very power stuff, indeed. I Will be purchasing Cult of The Dragon with Taake's second offering. |

I was foolish to say that Taake's self-titled didn't have depth because it certainly does after giving it a more detailed listen. Deathcult is quite different in terms of being less melodic and much darker in atmosphere as I have mentioned in my last post. Both bands are Excellent. |
