Limbonic Art - Moon In The Scorpio Aborym - Psychogrotesque Profanum - Musaeum Esotericum Dolorian - Voidwards Colosseum - all three albums Limbonic Art is very much keyboard driven BM. But very, very well-done, nonetheless. Aborym is industrial BM also with keyboards and a track is fully electronica which I am not in fund of but other than that it's very haunting stuff. Also check out Generator by them. There is also a lot of atmospheric riffing and great drumming. Profanum is keyboard driven BM too, although, very dark. Dolorian will definitely be some of the darkest music you will ever hear. Colosseum is Funeral Doom. If you like the genre, you will love this. You might know some of the bands. You might not like any of the bands. |

All great bands, well, minus Aborym (never got into) and a tip o' me hat for the Profanum mention. Darkest albums? Too many, but here are a few... Wormphlegm - In An Excruciating Way... Szron - Frost Eternal Funeral Dusk - Aeternus Tenebrarum (ambient) Carpathian Forest - Bloodlust and Perversion Funeral Fog - Under The Black Veil Valefar - Frigus Ex Tenebris Venit Xasthur - A Gate Through Bloodstained Mirrors Horna / Tenebrae In Perpetuum - Unohdetut Kasvot, Unohdettu Ääni / Un Sogno Oscuro (split) Warloghe - Womb Of Pestilence Shape of Despair - Shades Of... Krohm - A World Through Dead Eyes Catacombs - In The Depths Of R'lyeh Belketre - Ambre Zuerki Vuordrevartre Mutiilation - Remains Of A Ruined Dead Cursed Soul |
