Recently I read some hate on this forum about the band Lifelover who I had only heard a few tracks from.

I really dig Konkurs however, love the piano that it contains, good riffs to.

I don't understand the hate, seems like a solid band to me judging from this record.

I've only heard their newest Sjukdom and it's decent. Nothing amazing but it does what it does solidly. I wonder if the hate is directed at the melodramatic cutting? Kvarfatoth does it too but maybe the Lifelover guy looks more like a pussy when he does it.

I don't care about someone cutting themselves at all. Least of my worries when it comes to music.

They are a good band. All their records have a lot of interesting stuff in them that you can't really find in metal. Nothing amazing but they are always entertaining.
