This is a niche of the black metal sound I know fairly little about, can anyone fill me in on some bm bands that incorporate darkspace influence and manage to still retain some bm elements?

Does Darkspace the band count? Paysage d'Hiver, Ruins of Beverast, Blut Aus Nord, Bethlehem? This is such an odd label.

Hmmmmm, not sure if Bethlehem would count or not. Either way, their first few albums should be checked out, especially "Sardonischer Untergang Im Zeichen Irreligioser Darbeitung" Even if it doesnt fit the description, fantastic black metal.
