In my opinion they are a relatively accessible brutal death band, they've been touring a lot lately so I was wondering if any of you have heard or seen them yet. What are your thoughts about their newest album?

I just bought their album today and listened to a few tracks on the way home. I thought this was their debut but it's their fourth album .

I was pretty impressed from the first few tracks. Reminded me of Defeated Sanity's newest release, but with more slam breakdowns and a cleaner production.

Soeaking of which, the production on Chapters of Repugnance is sick! :dio:

They are coming to town on Sept. 28, and I'll probably go.

You have good taste my friend, personally I found the new Defeated Sanity to be a minor step backward. But for the most part, it was a decent album

I really want to get Psalms of the Moribund but it seems totally impossible to find. Amazon and ebay search engines don't pull up anything.

Anyway, listened to the whole album and was impressed the first time around. If I go to their show, I'm definitely gonna pick up some of their older stuff.

Pathology is okay, saw them in SD when I lived there. Their newest is good from what I heard, sounded like some Devourment influence had crept in abit. I need to listen to the whole thing. Defeated Sanity is another good band, a personally enjoy the new album more than the last, but both are solid albums. The cover art is awesome. When I'm in the mood for slam though, I usually look to other bands for my fix. Cerebral Bore from Scotland is pretty awesome, I enjoy the production and riffgasms while the snare is nice and high in the mix with a good tone. :dio:

I wish I could say the same for Defeated's new album, personally I found they tuned down the chaos from the prior album. Did you see Pathology with Destroyer 666 or Nile, unless I got the tours mixed up.
