Or is this going to be another Chinese Democracy and we have to wait years before we see this album? |

I hope we won't have to wait too long. I love the first album and hope the new one will be worth the long and painful wait. Btw, wouldn't this thread be best suited in the HM/PM section? ![]() |

Who cares what section it should be in? First album kicks ass. I have a feeling that when/if a second is released a lot of people will be let down, just due to the long wait and anticipation. |

Brings up a point: I never understood why death/black metal was in the same forum as thrash metal. |

Cause you're not gonna talk about Morbid Saint in the same thread you talk about Rhapsody of Fire. |

True. Perhaps Rhapsody deserves its own forum. |

I think they just go together better than Thrash and Heavy - bear in mind when the whole MR caboodle kicked off there were few Black Metalheads, and they were mostly into the melodeath side of stuff. Do Sabbat and Hammerfall belong in the same forum, like DevWal said in a less awesome way? |

Haven't we already been waiting like... 3 years past when it was supposedly going to be coming out? At least 2. Very appropriately named album. Hopefully one day it is released. |

I think it was the doom metal forum, sitting out in isolation, which told me to say something. |

Gothic metal is either extreme and fitting the thrash/black/death section or nu-shit and then it goes into the "borderlines genres". As for Doom, Stoner and Sludge, trad' Doom goes well with heavy, funeral doom with the extreme section and the stoner & sludge in the "borderline"... Don't you think? |

A whole section of this forum is almost never used... Should it exist anyway? |

Wintersun is extreme? Not a bad band or anything, but an extreme band? Hmm |

So, I see this thread still hasn't gotten back on track yet. Wintersun > MR forumites |
