Post subject:  Mental Vortex vs. My Arms, Your Hearse
This is the comparison you've all been waiting for. Two, metal albums from the same decade, and the same continent, and starting with the same letter, M, which also stars off metal :dio:

Swiss technical thrashers/Beatles cover band called Coroner released Mental Vortex in 1991.

Swedish uncatergorizeables known as Opeth released this album in 1998.


Think of the similarities between these albums:

-Both have a runtime between 45-55 minutes. Simply uncanny!
-Both feature lyrics sung in English by vocalists whose first language is not English. You've got to be kidding me!
-Both were recorded by legendary producer, Bob Rock. I think...


Anyroad, both albums were made to be compared, contrasted, critiqued, poked, prodded, caressed...so have at it!
