So this is probably one of the better thrash albums of 2009. Check it out. They're also touring the states at the beginning of next year. I feel like I should elaborate more but it's just thrash so I really can't.

"Just" thrash? I'd normally elaborate on why Revocation is more than that, but a review will be up either this week or the next and I'll state my thoughts there.

It is a good album to be sure, I'd say it more death with thrash elements to be honest, but either way its great music. Ripping solos to boot. I'm not sure if I prefer this over their prior release but time will tell.

Well when I put in my top 5s it's going down as thrash so I just left it at that. It's not brutal enough to be death metal despite having the influences.

Ooh I remember this I think Relapse emailed me some streaming codes for it but I never got round to listening to it. Seems like Afro has it covered now

I don't remember being that into what I heard of it, but shall listen again later.
