So now that its officially out, what dost thou est think?I for one love Martin Van Drunen, fucking amazing. There is a hint of their other project Hail of Bullets, which also is phenomenal and one of my favorites. There are alot of under-appreciated bands from the Netherlands like the aforementioned Asphyx,Pestilence,Gorefest,Sinister,God Dethroned,Polluted Inheritance,Fondlecorpse,Callensih Circle,Thanatos,Severe Torture,Burial,Eternal Solstice,Pleurisy,Textures,Prostitute Disfigurement,Toxocara,Demuirg and oh so many more.

Its a great listen for fans of this style,I fucking love it!!Metal of Death done the old way with a great production.Fave tracks are The Herald and They Died as They Marched, but they're all great! :dio:

they are good d00d, but they are one of those old school bands that just seem plodding and staving off progression with their reputation as a band thats been around for a long time. M.S Bismarck is still an amazing song
SEVENTY ONE TORPEDOES!!

I don't think they're in the wrong for playing what they love.I think most guys like them love the genre,I mean hell look at their side projects. The only thing I want from these guys is great death metal with a great modern production. If every band tried to reinvent the wheel we'd forget what it looks like and how it works.Tradition is important.

Still yeah great song.Is that your favorite album,Last One On Earth?Picking a favorite of mine would be hard......

i didnt really say anything about Reinventing the wheel, I adore Bolt thrower and Unleashed and they arent necessarily the most "progressive" <--- controversial term band out there. They are an ok band, a hell of a lot better then Master. If their new album has the same intensity combined with the production of the new Unleashed then it will bolster them up in my book

Review this Monday, took a little longer as I delayed it past my Black Metal week. Back to the usual variety this time!
