I meant they are constantly thrown in with deathcore, and people hear them, see the labelling, and judge according to that.

Don't mind him, he just has some kind of complex about black metal bands... probably stemming from the fact that he listen to shit bands like Marduk and Moonspell...honestly before one goes on and on about how shitty some other bands are, they should take a good look at their own preferences.

I mean anyone saying that so and so is a "shit band" whilst proclaiming to like Marduk and Moonspell, I just have a hard time taking them seriously.

Yeah, I knew you were joking with the wigga slam part lol. Slam brutal death or just Slam Death metal are kind of common labels though, and its usually stuff like Waking The Cadaver, albeit without the horrific drum sound and the ridiculous pig vocals.

I've heard worse, but then I like (some) goregrind (on occasion) so my ears are probably more accustomed to bottomed-out grunt n'blast than you guys. This kind of stuff is OK, but it all sounds the same. Which, incidentally, is where Deathcore fucks up. People trying to make out that these guys are even worse than Nu Metal are posers. And are being silly. Obviously, this band isn't 80s Pestilence, but not everyone can be... so I voted NO in your daft poll.

Gorerotted/The Rotted were/are more DM than goregrind though. I Carcass are the daddies but they were playing that stuff before anyone thought up the label (I think? correct me if I'm wrong). Don't really listen to any goregrind... those bands are kind of funny though.

they are ridiculously terrible but i wouldnt fit them into deathcore since you guys have forgotten an even more loathsome genre of metal called brutal death metal/slam death. These guys have a lot more in common aesthetic wise with shitty bands like cephalotripsy and guttural secrete then say carnifex or suicide silence. They do suck but while the metal elitists are bashing an already shitty band they would do well to look at the myriad of shitty black metal bands which murder wtc in terms of homosexuality
