It have been listening to deaths discography again recently and my favorite is individual thought patterns. It has the perfect mix of technicality and aggressiveness. Symbolic lost that aggressiveness i think. |

i'm not really sure. i've always been biased towards Sound of Perseverance because i listened to it a ton before exploring Death's other albums, and to this day i'm still way more familiar with it than the others. not a fan of Human or Individual Thought Patterns because Steve Digiorgio's bass playing bugs me; i'm surprised i said they were equal to symbolic in that other thread. |

I like SoP. I own Symbollic, but never really got into it. I don't understand why they are so loved and thought to be the undenialable favourites. I like both, just not as much as the older Death. |
