Is it in a similar style to Mort and Odinist? because if they make yet another album of that directionless twaddle I'll be annoyed indeed. |

Mort was great! Odinist, I agree was not that good. I'll see what this one sounds like but chances are they didn't change direction. |

Ages ago, forgotten them, especially since other sites and mags claim they're works of unrivalled genius. |

But the production is way better than the first albums. Yes, the production is better indeed. 13 years has passed since the Memoria Vetusta pt.I French Black Metal is unrivaled nowadays. |

And I thought I was the only one who thought this! i disagree entirely even if the self-proclaimed 'black metal' elites call it untrue its still far more transcendental then any of the black metal garbage coming out these days. |

I never found it 'untrue', just boring. Axis Of Perdition do it better. |

As a matter of fact, I am really digging the new BaN... this could be the first of their albums reviewed on MR.com to receive more than a 50 / 100... I bet that will cheer them up. |

Their debut's on my list to do, I'd be much nicer to that. Not really heard much else apart from The Work Which. Edit: listened to a track from thee noo wann, and whoa, potentially awesome. However: WHY CAN'T THEY GET A REAL DRUMMER?? |

The Work Which Transforms God should be reviewed here and get a 90+ rating. It's a classic of the kind. |

Ah I agree entirely, some of the guitar lines are the most chilling I've ever heard and I don't mean that in the Transilvanian hunger homosexual sense. The work which transforms god is a unique album |
