and yeah, i agree on both points, perhaps i should have moved the fade out.. i wanted to record some cooler drums, and perhaps also have some double pedals on some of the sections... but i was a bit too lazy to do it, and don't have the skills yet.. The drums was made on my keyboard, a simple 8 bar loop... the drums I have in the music program are way cooler and sound rather realistic, with lots of depth etc. But that will have to wait till next time
EDit: oh, yeah, now i remember why i faded out the vocals near the end.. i did to close the song, but also to conceal what i was singing, ha ha... The lyrics are based on dream i had, but the last piece of lyrics are not, they are just a creepy way of obtaining the dream... but then again, no one i know is going to listen to it... so I might change it someday
Imo it is the best music I have written so far, though, it is not perfect, but i'm still quite happy about how it turned out. It is somewhat simple. It was just meant to be a tech demo at first, I wanted to upload two versions, one recorded on the new and one on the old, so you could hear the difference.. but then again, who cares about that?
