Ok, now I'm not choosing one because I don't actually own it. That's the very reason I'm asking. I have Tempo of the Damned and I fucking love it to death. But I've heard Atrocity Exhibition and I'm not very keen on it at all. So now I wonder, do I buy the record in-between. I leave it up to you guys. Hit or Miss? |

I enjoyed it for what it was. And what is was is a different Exodus. Plus I like the new album, so yeah this may not be for you. |

I voted hit. It's got lots of groove, and when I am in the mood for groovey stuff I really enjoy it. I hated it when I first listened to it though, cause i was waiting for a 2nd Tempo Of The damned (which i liked very much). |

I voted miss... The only two Exodus I can stomach from start to finish are Bonded By Blood (their best, no questions asked!) and Tempo Of The Damned (a surprising come back to form when I wasn't expecting anything from this band anymore)... |

Tempo of the Damned is the only Exodus album I like (actually I love it). Shovel-Headed fooled me with its album art, but once I heard it it wasn't great. Not good, not bad. Fully average, and it has a few moments of 80's-style stupidity. Like what Zad quoted above. |
