Everyones gets a top 10, must be ranked from 1 to 10, then ill add up the points after a while.

Man, only 5 choices :unsure: I may have to edit this if I change my mind but...

2. Nokturnal Mortum - Lunar Poetry
3. Limbonic Art - Moon in the Scorpio
4. Windir - Arntor
5. Elhaz - Malemort

Really hard to choose a number four especially as I have to consider whether I'd really call Arntor black metal. But I suppose it's close enough and since I'm sure others will put it on their list, I might as well too. I can't really reconcile TAoP as being black metal, however (not that they'd make my list anyway).

Too obvious? I'd have put Absu in there, but they're black-metalness is debateable.


Stick with Om. Dark room and headphones if necess. Hvis is an awesome album, I'm championing the less well known. And Absu are BM overall, I think, despite.

i think it will be somewhat hard to make a decent top 50 bm list if only we are allowed to list 5 albums each - considering that we are not that many who listens to black and some of us votes for the same albums. 10 albums each would be better, imo.


i may contribute with 5 albums later. Right now i can't figure out which to put on the list

is pagan/viking and folk black metal ect allowed on the list?

I was thinking the same thing and completely agree with Astaroth.

Ten albums would work much better, and I'd even consider PM'ing votes to one person and then having them revealed later so as to not influence other choices. I will freely admit that Anthems To the Welkin At Dusk should be my number four or five, but I didn't put it, in part, because I knew it was already getting some votes (and because I only have 5 choices and had already listed Emperor).

Yup.. i'm very krieg.. Foreseeing mathematical organisation problems ist krieg! I did twice last week too in english class, but nobody cared untill the "damage" was done and it was too late to do anything about it. Ppl should really learn to listen to what i have to say. If everybody did exactly was i said the world would be a better place, i think. A krieg idea


anywho... I'll just put 10 good albums on a list in an order I don't appreaciate much after 5 min :P i could keep re-write this forever. I truely hate to make lists where I have to make an order according to how much i like them.
