Dark Tranquillity - Feast of Burden

Its weird that when DT sat down and wrote maybe their most straightforward songs they decided to go back to almost totally harsh vocals. Its cool. :)

Sigh-Hail Horror Hail

You can download free samples off The Slaughtergarden, so I did that to tide me over until Hangman's Hymn.

That's the first DT song I ever heard. I once even tried to do an arrangement in a jazz style... it sucked :)

Judas Iscariot - Heaven in Flames

i'd give half an inch of my penis to have this on LP. The last inch would have to be spend on the LP version of Remains of a Ruined, Dead, Cursed Soul by Mütiilation or two demo tapes by Paysage D'hiver of my own choice.

I've been listening to lots of Pantera lately. CFH up to RTS, but I stay away from The Great Southern Trendkill.

Sigh-Untitled

Still freaks me out, even on low volumes on shitty computer speakers. I physically can't listen to it when cranked on headphones. Must be the sonic weaponery .

Mayhem-Funeral Fog

I'm trying to "get" DMDS, I haven't listened to this in ages, and didn't think too much of it. After hearing the first two tracks a couple more times, I decided to give the whole album a try.

Mayhem-Ghoul

The sound quality on PFA is so bad it's really quite shocking. The vocals are completely inaudible

the new Black Funeral.

It's different from the last two, less "electronic" sounding, and more generic, so far.

Vinterriket - Der Letze Winter - Der Ewigkeit Entgegen

Uuh-Yeah. Goddammit, it's taking too goddamn long for the lp version to come out.

Not really, although I was in a funky mood so I only listened to one track and then put on something called "Bring the Funk Back. Please" by someone called the Original Slowhand and the Evil Minions.

I have no idea where it came from, it just appeared as a zip. file on my desktop like a gift from the funky heavens. The kind of think you'd find on Stefan's blog but I haven't been there in a while.

But back to the new black funeral, no, it's fairly different to Az-I-Dahak and Ordog, I think.
