The two greatest USBM albums ever released...

Velvet Cacoon - Genevieve. My favorite release from 2004. Beauty personified in Black Metal... ironically...

I prefer Nocturnal Poisoning over A Gate Trough Bloodstained Mirrors, but Xasthur has not released a single bad album yet.

Now playing: some goddamn commercial radiostation at work.

Those new records of mine better have arrived when I get to home from here.........

NP: "Terrifyer" by Pig Destroyer off of the Terrifyer album.

Quite possibly the best metal album of 2004 in my opinion! And it was a really good year if ya asks me: Isis, Mastodon, Killswitch Engage, Nasum, Yob... and a whole ton of others I never got to listen to, I'm sure!

Another Perfect Day ! Yeah !!! :D Robertson slays on this album (my fav' Motorhead !)... too bad he had a drinking problem 'cause he was doing surprisingly good with Lemmy & The Animal... :(

now playing Bloodbath "Nightmare Made Flesh" (good metal, even though the voice is too cavernous for my taste, but music rocks !)

I actually saw them in '83, but I was so fucked up I do not remember much about it at all... after much alcohol , my friend and I decided to buy some acid, and , well... I remember some dude we all called Conan, puked up his bellyful of Budweiser and thinking how much it looked like a rainbow in slow-motion.
Anyway, my fav 'head album as well, one of their dirtiest albums, despite the melodic axemanship, which I agree is simply awesome.

Sargeist- Satanic Black Devotion! This album is really really good. I've been listening to it non-stop (mostly) since I've gotten it.

I've been wanting to get Behexen- By The Blessing of Satan for sooo long, but I just haven't had the funds... Anybody know if Rituale Satanum is better or just as good?

I dunno, some people seemed kinda down on 2004, but the more I listen, the more good albums I think came out. I still haven't gotten the last 2 Enslaved albums (I know... but just no good local stores selling metal) but I'm sure Isa will be one of my faves.
