I know that band. I concur with their ass kickery.

I know the band too... Power from Hell was okay but awful production, The Force (their 2nd) was imo their finest but still pretty average... then, their third and final (to my knowledge) In Search of Sanity, tried a refined, more sophisticated formula only to miss completely...

imo, they are loads of better thrash bands, Onslaught just happen to come of because they were one of the rare UK Thrashers (UK had been taken by either Glam or Grind back then)

No, they're not an amazing band, but they are pretty good for what its worth, especially The Force.

Would you consider Forte a thrash band??? If so, then you need this album:

I wouldn't call them thrash, really, but they still kicked a whole lot of ass!!!

They're kind of power/thrash, and very enjoyable.

There's an awesome British group called Suicide Watch. Slightly hardcore punk vocals, but in a good way. Check 'em out.

very true. Living Death is quite good as well, and Evil Dead and Abbatoir. Agent Steel is thrash also...at least on Mad Locust Rising and Skeptics Apocalypse.....hell Unstoppable Force is pretty thrashy as well.

EXCITER IS THRASH ALSO

Very true. I would even venture to say that Midas Touch is thrash.

Yep, Dekapitator is pretty good stuff. Their 1999 album (and only album) "We Will Destroy... You Will Obey!" should be enjoyable for any thrash fan, though nothing too incredible.

Aww poor little fella, you're just mad because I made fun of Edguy.

I think he was being sarcastic.

I think Holy Terror was just playing along.

Testament ? I like The Legacy and The New Order, but imo they are average at best. They went downhill right from The Legacy. The New Order has some very nice moments, but it doesnt thrash hard.

Anybody checked out Vexed ? I think they are awesome :x

Nobody mentioned Destroyer 666. They are heavier than hell. ANd Slaughter Lord, and Bestial Warlust....Sentinel Beast.....Battlefield...damn so many thrash bands.

Nope, he's just right. Testament= Average and overrated.

And Destroyer 666 embodies all that is metal.

Yeah, i can listen to a few songs from Practice What You Preach, but overall its disappointing. Testament is overall weaker compared to many thrash bands in the Bay Area. You might wanna check out those bands Eyesore. If you havent already

Yeah Destroyer 666 and Slaughter Lord rules, might as well add Mortal Sin into the list of Aussie Thrash.

and also Spear Of Longinus !
