I think he wanted something thats you know, actually good?
Steve is no longer my friend.

But he has a point.
And if I said you suck I'd have a very good point.

Oh come off of it Trapt, it's alright you support them, they just aren't my cup of tea an are undeservedly touted around along with Metallica as being the "Big four"

Steve said Metallica didn't deserve it too. Seriously, though, Megadeth is sick. I don't understand liking thrash without giving Mustaine some respect.

DW speaks truth. You better listen to him in thrash topics.
(But the gap is really not as large).

IMO, Megadeth >> Metallica

Add my voice to the pro-Megadeth camp. Though, I do still like Metallica.

Modern Megadeth > Modern Metallica

Old School Megadeth > Modern Metallica

Old School Metallica > Modern Megadeth

Old School Metallica > Old School Megadeth

I'll be forthcoming and say they're both incredibly boring bands. Megadeth did some pretty interesting stuff on "Peace sells", and Metallica had their moments on RTL, but overall their influence has had way more to do with marketing and less to do with thrashing ability.

Killing is my Business
Peace Sells
So Far So Good So What
Rust in Peace

all beg to differ

Metallca has moments on RtL, KeA, and Justice and maybe a few songs on MoP. But in the end they are boring as hell.
