It is kind of, sort of. It's available in re-mastered form in a rather pricey box-set. The box set is $40 and you have to take that Frolic Thorugh the Park piece of shit when you buy it.

...a very interesting CD. Some parts sound like they could be power metal w/o the death vocals, speaking of which are totally different from anything else I've heard from the band.

It's fantastic. The Folk Metal was pretty much gone by this point, and was replaced by excellent Prog. It has a "spacey" vibe to it. It's not a bad place to start at all, I also highly reccomend Cosmic Genesis for his more Folky stuff.
