Just stay away from The Church (it's basically a bunch of songs off Destruction Ritual but with the worst sound you cannot ever imagine. Trust me, you won't be able to make out a single riff) and you'll be fine.
Some songs off The Black Plague are a tad shitty sounding, too, but since it is a demo collection of sorts, it comes as no surprise (not to mention it's been out of print for a while, so you need to be stinking lucky to track it down).
Sono Lo Scherno might put you off because it's really, really weird, but I find it damn good when I'm in the mood for something insane.
You can go for everything else blindfolded, basically.
