Triune Impurity Rites is a great album. I haven't heard Doom of the Occult but I expect to be good as well. They're not an easy band to get into so be prepared and willing to spend a lot of time with it.


Yes... It's has that esoteric feeling to it which I love. Unapproachable and distant. Atmospheric and dark; just what the doctor prescribed :D

A low point to their latest offering is that some leads pretty much keep repeating themselves... if there is really a point to that... I'm not sure. Or maybe there is because why would decent musicians like this repeat themselves so obviously!? I wonder if they can stand the test of time.

That. I actually had forgot about Rites until you mentioned it but yeah that and Angel Corpse I was blaring the hell out of that year.
