I will when I reach my thrash period of time. But i usually really like technical thrash like Sadus, Coroner, Mekong Delta, Voivod, Forbidden etc etc. So if you guys can direct me to some bands that play something similar to those bands I'll appreciate it. I need to listened to Evile though, it's been there waiting for too long.

I never thought of VoiVod as a thrash act... IMO, they were much too weird and unique to be part of any metal subgenre.

Yeah i see what you mean i still think theyre majorly thrash, but thats why i love bands like Voivod and Mekong Delta they pushed the boudaries and they came out with something unique yet still thrash.

They're kinda thrashy up to Dimension Hatross...
And I'm not going to count any album after The Outer Limits, that's when classic era Voivod died.

3 bands for you: Vendetta, Toxik and Realm.

Vendetta listen to Brain Damage.

Toxik go with World Circus.

Realm start with Endless War.

Realm are not thrash... It's straight up speed metal!

I have not heard it, but it is on my next order from amazon. From what I have read, I will still like it.

Voted Evile, 'cause Enter The Grave is rocking my socks to the moment. And they have a song about Rambo!

BTW can I please just say that Blood Tsunami, whilst nowhere near as bad as many claim, is not thrash. It just isn't. It's like South of Heaven and Seasons in the Abyss crossed with Carcass. And it isn't thrash. It's thrashy heavy metal with harsh vocals, and I say that loosely because it's quite hard to classify. Nothing genre destroying like, just hard to classify.

There's so much discussion of every metal forum about whether or not this or that is metal or, if we're all sure it's metal we discuss whether or not its thrash or speed metal or whatever.

I dunno.

Blood Tsunami sounds like thrash to me. As far as I can tell it's just the vocals which are different, and surely, thats not reason enough to reclassify the band into a whole new genre?

Hehe, well it doesn't sound like thrash to me. It's definantly thrashy like, just not full on thrash. In my ears.
