Dude give the album a few listens.

i will, but im not really a fan of death metal in general. i certainly have some songs stuck in my head now.

It's complex. You have to concentrate to get the full technicalities. Otherwise it's just a blur.

True, but that was more the case for ITDS.

Here as well, there's more to it than can be heard in a single listen.

Stop talking to yourself, Zad. You're not fooling anyone.

It's not funny when you say it, Ken. Only when I say it.

I dont know. I've neer heard it, but you should check out Bergtatt by Ulver. Good stuff. Blood Inside isn't really metal. I'm not the one to ask about black metal though. But I know Bergtatt is good...... I' done posting for the night

'Bergtatt' is more oldschool blackmetal, mid-paced and all. The album after it, 'Kveldessanger' is an all acustic album with choires. After that, came 'Nattens Madrigal' which is for me the definition of black metal. Grim as fuck. I love that album. Then, 'The Marriage of Heaven and Hell: Themes from William Blake', which is when they took a collection of poetry by William Blake and set music to it. Very good CD, allthough far from blackmetal. After that, Garm did alot of electronica stuff with Ulver, Metamorphosis, Silence Teaches you to Sing, etc. And then came Blood Inside, I'll have to pigeonhole it into Avant-guard because I know no other place to put it.

Enjoy:
Ulver - Nattens Madrigal - V

But at the same time you wouldn't want to wait that long.
