Anybody know/like these guys? I can't find any decent quality sound clips of them, but their album Spectrum of Death is described as Kreator meets Dark Angel. Those bold words sparked my interest.

I love Morbid Saint. Ya, Kreator meets Dark Angel is pretty accurate, though they definitely have their own style. Spectrum of Death is awesome. Check them out.

I too have a serious interest in hearing this band... Everywhere I go I hear nothing but AMAZING things. Wisconsin thrash for the ages... Looking forward to the day I finally get to.

If you guys want, I can send you all a few songs off Spectrum of Death. If any of you want this, just drop off your e-mail in this thread and I'll get around to it.

Brahm, you're the fuckin man! Great sound quality on those. All three of the songs are badass. If I had to choose a favorite, I would say "Beyond the Gates of Hell", that song was a habitual face melter. Thanks again.

Yeah, it felt like my birthday yesterday. Thanks again, Brahm.

BTW, after seeing the cover art, I'm SURE that I've seen it at Metal Haven in Chicago, which is where I'm going this weekend. w00t.

Oh, shit, I forgot to mention my thoughts on this little taste of the band... Great stuff, really. I enjoyed Lock up your Kids the most, but that song prolly is the most catchy, or something. The vocalist just sound so evil while he's singing it though. Those may be the most evil Thrash vox I've ever heard, minus the bands that use death vox, which never fit. Actually, these are the most evil. Hands down.

Agreed. I loved his vocals, they brought a unique element to it. Actually, I liked "Lock Up Your Children" the best also, the first time through. After a few more listens, though, "Beyond the Gates of Hell" stood out for me. All three are kickass songs though.
