I'm gonna go with Hammer Smashed Face by Cannibal Corpse, there is a riff about a minute into the song that is truly evil and crushingly heavy.

Slayer: Die by The Sword 1:10 ~ 2:25, Black Magic main riff, Hell Awaits opening riff, Praise of Death, At Dawn They Sleep, Altar of Sacrifice, Raining Blood, Seasons in the Abyss, World Painted Blood btw. is there a Slayer song which is not evil? :wink:

Dissection - Where Dead Angels Lie

It's got a few evil riffs. It sounds especially evil around 4:10 right when Nodtveidt shrieks and the riff changes from soft evil melody to hard evil melody.
