Vektor's a strong contender for sure. I also like Sauron (their Thrash Assault debut was awesome in every way imaginable) and Violator.

A band in which I see a lot of potential is Ammentia from Argentine. They only have a demo, but with songs like this I already have big expectations.

Vektor is not bad, but the overt Voivod worship is a bit unsettling. Hexen are great because it is just thrash worship in general and has a lot of imagination that set them apart from the rest of the "worshippers."
