Will Mayhem make another studio album now that Blasphemer has left the band?

Never said it would be bad. I suspect it would probably be more focused than Sunn 0))), halfway between actual songs and jamming/extended sessions of feedback.

One murder, a suicide, and an arrest later and they still make albums. I doubt they're quitting with Ordo Ad Chao.

Yeah, because adding pig squeals and breakdowns would make them palatable to you, right?

Well Blasphemer quit the band and he was the main songwriter and he's been with the band ever since 1995.

I just hope to hear more material from them. They're one of those bands I want to keep making albums, you know?

You make the assumption that deathcore is the entirety of my library, which you of course know to be false. I will however, tell you what would make them "palatable", and that is a little thing I like to call "substance". The only worthwhile song from this act of hacks is "Bassaliens", and this is only because Atilah's vocals and the ambience make the song.

"Substance"?! Jeez, Steve, at least try and base your argument in reality.

How is it not grounded in reality? Seriously, from the two albums I've heard all I've heard is guitar feedback and maybe a few riffs strewn about. If you want to call that innovative or whatever have you that's your call.
