According to the Metal Archives, no. That means if there is one, it's not official. There is a VHS titled "No More Colour 90 Tour-Live in East Berlin" Coroner was on Noise Records, so unless somebody like Metal Mind picks them up for re-releases, I don't see a DVD ever happening.
