Seems sudden after the excellent 2006 release "Astralism".

They have samples of 3 new songs on their website. A full version of the title track, New Revelation and then 2 1:30 samples of the songs Freedom War and Quisling.

The album sounds very promising from these samples.

Just go to the media section and click on the first playlist jukebox thingy and the top 3 songs on the list are the new ones.

Album cover seems pretty cool too, though its hard to see in detail, this is the largest I could find.

Pretty sure there are people on here that loved this band, cant remember, cant be arsed to check. I didn't even know about this album until just today so Im pretty stoked, Astralism was in my top 10 last year. I still need to check out their other albums however. Hopefully they are all as good.

Nils Patrik Johansson = one of the best vocalists on the planet. I've never heard this band though, the samples sound fucking awesome! I'll have to look into this a little further.

They are indeed fucking awesome. Straight forward aggressive heavy metal in the vein of Dio.

Their 2006 album Astralism is highly recommended. It recieved an 89 from this site and I personally gave it an 87, so get it or I will crap down your chimney.

I've never heard of this band but after reading that sentence I was sold! I downloaded (shame on me) the Evil Is Forever album and all I can say is that I'll definitely buy every single album they've released once I find them.

Thank you so much for this one :)

I've been following this band since their debut album, and the new one seems to be another great release. Astralism was a bit of a disappointment for me but I'm excited about this new one.

If you haven't heard this band check them out, they have a great sound.

Really? I guess it had a different impact on me since its where I started with them. I don't think there is a single bad track on the album.

Hmm... this album seems somewhat disapointing after the excellent Astralism. But I only listened to it once, maybe I'll change my opinion later. I hope.

And it does seem indeed sudden, after all last year Johansson released 2 very good albums with Astral Doors and Wuthering Heights.

And a new album with Lion's Share a few months back. Great album but for some reason everyone ignored me...again.

I've heard New Revelation (the song) and it was good enough to try to whole thing.
