So far i'd say it's about as "good" as The Glorious Burden. Nothing i'd spend my money on.

This album is awesome :dio: Its so nice to hear Ripper and the music mesh, and the songs have great melodies and creative style.

I'm kinda disappointed, seems even worse than TGB, but don't hold me to that statement. I wanna hear it without voiceovers every two minutes first.
The Clouding is pretty awesome though, the title track too.

For some reason I don't like intro's between almost every song.
I'm really curious about this one.

Want to hear this, but not that excited. They'll be stepping back from Glorious Burden a little, and Heavee Mettal will be the cause of the day.

I had high expectations after hearing the single "Ten thousand strong", but unfortunately this was by far the best song on the entire album.

I dont want to say too much about an album before it has been officially released but I do like Owens vocals alot more of this one as he doesnt sound so manic as in G.B ( TJIMHO).

(The Clouding) - now that's my pick for best song off the album followed by the track (Framing armageddon) and then( Something Wicked pt. 1 ) the more I listen to this album the more I love it.

See a proshot from Wacken of the (new) song A Charge To Keep below. A bunch of other bands too.

Good performance, though I think the song is a bit boring. Wouldn't mind seeing a DVD of that gig.

All Music has just reviewed the album. I must say, their opening statement about IE is definitely interesting:

I'm just going to wait until the album's out before listening to it. I love the song Ten Thousand Strong. But I wasn't too keen on the remake of the SW Trilogy. By themselves, the three remakes were good. But compared with the original trilogy, they fell a little flat IMO.

I wonder if IE will be able to crack the Billboard 200 again the way they did with TGB.

The new Ten Thousand Strong video:

Sheesh, this must be one of the shittiest videos I have ever seen. Don't try to make an epic CG video if you don't have a big enough budget. God, just have them play in a warehouse or some shit again, atleast that's not pissing money down the drain.

I'd be surprised if this gets played at all to be honest. Too bad.

Agreed. I have no idea why Schaffer opted to give it that cheesy Jet Grind Radio-like artstyle anyway. It doesn't fit the song at all. And he really did a poor job with it too.

I refuse to download this, but I can say one thing. Iced Earth ruled Wacken. No matter who's behind the mic, they won't fail to deliver an awesome show. :dio:
