Ok, first convert the album to mp3 to play in winamp or whatever. Then delete the following;
An American Trilogy
Nessun Dorma
Fight for Freedom

Now arrange what is left in the following order;
Valhalla
House of Death
Call to Arms
Fight Until We Die
The March
Swords in the Wind
Warriors of the World United
Hand of Doom

It totally kicks ass!

IMO, they made a really great version of Nessun Dorma. Agree about taking off the other 2 though.

Yeah, it is pretty cool. But it doesn't seem to fit anywhere. If anything they should have just included it somewhere as a B-side.

Fight for Freedom pissed me off to no end because of its profound stupidity.

Salvaged my copy by trading it in and buying something else.

The album really lacked flow, and when I heard American Trilogy, I just turned slowly towards the cd player and started laughing.

An American Trilogy is one of the most pathetic songs I've ever heard from a metal band, but except for that, and the worst tracklisting ever I find WotW to be pretty damn good. There are at least 5 total killers on it (the title track, Call to Arms and the last 3 songs) and Sword in the Wind is pretty good too. Tlaloc's version would not only salvage the album, it would make it one of thei best albums ever.

What's so bad about American Trilogy? I never heard the album.

Have you heard it yet? When you do, you'll understand. If I'm not mistaken, it's a medley with an Elvis song being part of it.

Guys, guys, here is what you do. You BUY Warriors of the World because you are a godamn ballsy true brother of steel. then you BUY (or download like I did) The "Dawn of Battle" single.

Then you rip your godamn ballsy mp3s of the albums and crush both American Trilogy and The March with the e-hammer of Thor.

Then you keep the tracklsiting the same but put Dawn of Battle in at place 6 and I Believe in at 7.

Then you have a severely awesome album.

Speaking of salvaging Manowar albums, here's how to salvage Gods of War:

Remove all the intros, interludes, the stupid symphonic stuff, the narration bullshit and cut the first minute of "Sleipnir" and voilá, you'll end up with a very good EP...

Dude, there are TWO intro tracks on the album, so basically you have almost 10 minutes before the first real song starts. The whole of Gods of War is like that, just a big pain in the ass to listen to.

10 minutes of intro!?! Fuck's sake. I have WOTW and Hail To England, do you have any other Manowar recommendations?

I'd recommend 'Kings of Metal' and 'Louder than Hell', both great albums and generally liked by most Manowar fans. See the reviews on this very site for more information!
'Sign of the Hammer' and 'Battle Hymns' are good ones as well from their early era. They aren't produced as well and there are some filler songs but some of their best work are on those albums. Try getting the remastered ones.

Ah man this is bull shit. Joey DiMaio would call you a pussy and step on your balls if he heard you selling your copy of a Manowar album, because that means somebody other than him gets money for selling a Manowar album. After all, he's just a fun loving loin cloth clad capitalist. Whats wrong with money??
