Yeah, on this album I think he wrote 8 of them. I think the other two were co-written with Dan. Dag has written a lot of Nightingale songs in the past, though, so I don't think we have anything to worry about. Dan was busy with the Second Sky album this time out, so Dag wrote most of it.

They are saying it's got more of a 70s vibe, though. I can't wait for the samples!

Stalingrad was made by Dag right? one of the best songs from Invisible IMO.

Yeah im really hoping to hear those samples too.

I'm not sure what's he's written. I could check later. I know he did "One Of The Lonely Ones," which is a brilliant song! Check out http://www.dagswano.com/sounds.html for a bunch of old demos that became Nightingale songs, and all kinds of weirdness. Check the discography page, too, there are more early demos there.

New track ripped from radio:

THE WHITE DARKNESS

I swear, these two dudes are some of the most talented musicians out there. This song is outstanding!

What i meant is that with the exeption of their first two albums, their weakest IMO, all of their songs are great, i see nothing wrong with "I".

Ah, gotcha. I think I is their weakest. I'd say The Breathing Shadow because I listen to it the least, but I actually like all those songs. The style is just so different from the rest of their stuff. I just find I to be the weakest. I love Closing Chronicles, but I think "Steal The Moon" is the worst Nightingale song ever recorded.

That song is pretty cool prog/aor rock and I always love Swano clean vocals. I still think Moontower is my favorite Swano stuff, even over Crimson and Purgatory Afterglow. Nightingale I have to be in the mood for, but I only have the first album and the 4th one.
