www.gamma-ray.com There is a little Quicktime video on the frontpage that will automatically loud very Kai greets you and says they already done a lot of progress in recording their new album and there is a small clip from their new album "Land of the free II". They really managed to capture the spirit of that album and I was actually wondering a while if that was a track from the original LOTF, but it was not. I was disapointed with Majestic and Land of the Free is my favorite gamma ray after Powerplant so I got really high expectations on this one. |

Looking forward to this one. I, unlike many others, was very impressed with The Majestic. Actually, it was one of my favorites of the year. Anyway, this album will rule. |

I hope it's good. I really was disappointed in Majestic. So many of the choruses were unforgetable, as was a decent chunk of the songwriting in general. There's some killer moments, but it seems like there just isn't any passion in the album. I think part of the reason the let down came was also how long it took them to write and record the album. The hype killed it for me. |

It was a good album, definitely a grower. |

Yeah the clip tells me nothing, I'm just happy to see this release coming a long a lot quicker than the last one. |

That should actually make you feel worse about the album. the problem with power metal bands is that they just pump albums out year after year usually resulting in utter crap. I want Gamma Ray to take their time and put out something worth listening to. i don't want to hear any songs like "Heart of the Unicorn" or fairy shit like that. Another Land of the Free would be awesome. I know they have it in them, they just have to take their time and do it right. |

Are you nuts? That song is terrible compared to tracks such as "Land of the Free", Razorblade Sigh, Armageddon, Beyond the Black hole, Somewhere out in Space, etc, etc, etc. That you would cite one of the more generic and lesser quality songs is blasphemous, but I suppose you are entitled to your opinion, however controversial it may be. I would say the remake of Heading for Tommorrow, and Rebellion in Dreamland are Gamma Ray's two best songs, and have the best singing, Rebellion in Dreamland in particular. |

Yeah i never in a million years thought i'd hear a Gamma Ray fan say that. Kai Hansen would laugh at that comment, cuz let's face it, even he knows No World Order isnt their best album. |

NWO is definitely their best one. I find the second half of that album to be far to weak to be considered the best, it does have some killer songs though. It makes me wonder if anyone who says NWO is the best has even properly listened to Land of The Free, Somewhere Out In Space, and Powerplant. Not trying to sound like a dick or anything, it just boggles me mind a tad. To each their own I guess. |

Weak second half? Follow Me, Eagle and Lake of Tears might be three of my favorite ever Gamma Ray songs. |

Have you guys listened to everything by Gamma Ray, I mean there is no way a sane person can say NWO is better than Powerplant or Somewhere Out in Space. |
