Quote:
American heavy metal band CAGE announces the completion of their new cd "HELL DESTROYER" to be released in 2007.

The band has spent the last 3 years in making the ultimate concept album based on the bible's revelations mixed with new world order conspiracies that climax with the demonic invasion of the earth.

Check out the new song HELL DESTROYER, add it to your profile and let us know what you think..

This is a long time coming. I had hopes for this band after Darker than black, which is a great album, and then they fell of the Earth. The new track sounds real good. Pure fucking metal.

Excellent news indeed! It's been over 3 years since Darker Than Black, although the layoff was not intentional. They were involved in some sort of legal battle, either regarding the band name or something with their record contract. Sean Peck (singer) was very vague about the context of the lawsuit in the past, but now that it's resolved maybe he'll tell the whole story. Regardless, they had plenty of time to pen a new album and I expect it will rip everyone a brand new asshole to shit out of.

Yeah, I have a feeling you would definitely like these guys. They have that Primal Fear feel about them.

Astrology was a decent effort, Darker Than Black was two times better, if the new one will be twice as good as DTB, we'll be in for some treat. The new track sounds very good.

Agreed! That album kicks tons of ass! I stand by my opionion that Kill the Devil is one of the very best heavy metal songs of the decade. Holy crap I didn't know that these guys had another album in the making. Jesus, is 2007 gonna kick ass or what?

I'll second that nomination, and add Chupacabra as a back-up song. That's one helluva one-two PUNCH and the perfect way to start out an album. (I always liked to eat the frosting before the cake)

About time, indeed...

The only problem is, can they make an album better than 'Darker than black'? That album is perfect...
