Mirror Mirror. I don't get all the praise for Full Moon, it's a very good song but it's nowhere near one of the best PM songs ever. I'm not even sure if it's my favorite SA song...

Mirror Mirror.

A tough one, but it has the distinct advantage of having the best guitar solo of all time, which FullMoon does not.

I like Fullmoon more than Mirror Mirror, be it the minority then. Although Blind Guardian is one of my favorites Sonata still has a bigger meaning to me in a way.

One of BG's most beloved songs against SA's most beloved song...

Few PM bands can complete with BG in top form though, so I must go with Mirror Mirror, although it was a hard decision.

Full Moon for me

I've heard better songs by BG than Mirror Mirror. Yeah, its a good songs, but not fantastic

Was a quite difficult task, but I picked Mirror Mirror because of it's sentimental values to me, as the first Blind Guardian song I ever heard. It might not be their best song ever but for that reason it's still very special :wub:


Full Moon is damn catchy and addicting though. Their best song actually, but Blind Guardian is just the better band in my opinion.


And I fixed the poll as well, now it's 70-30 instead of 66-33, which adds up to 100%.. I think. :blink:

A hard decision, but I have to go with fullmoon, although I prefer Blind Guardian as a band in general, I am really not conected with mirror mirror as much as I am with Fullmoon, both are great songs and great bands though!

There is no point in debating the best BG song. I might have tried polling it in the past but I was young and reckless. I imagine others suffer from the same problem as myself. Whatever Blind Guardian song I'm listening to at the time, is my favorite song.

Top votes go for: Lord of the Rings (original), When Sorrow Sang, Curse of Feanor, Somewhere Far Beyond, Lost in the Twighlight Hall, The Last Candle, Time What is Time, Script for My Requiem, Another Holy War, etc, etc.
