Enter Deception is indeed awesome, but I wouldn't call it better than Inhuman Rampage.

I don't know guys... :?
I wasn't too impressed with the latest Dragonforce, I like their first 2 CDs better. 8)
I would still hand out a 3/5 rating (using MCDR system... it's listed as 3.5/5 by fellow colleague David right now), but I personally feel like they blew it. Everyone in power metal was expecting 'Inhuman rampage' to be THE CD (and the band to propel to an ultimate high) and they didn't live up to it in mind. Hell, I've been rotating the new Dragonforce the last few months with about 40 other new releases and would rank it about 20th. 8)
Now keep in mind, this just my opinion and I'm not looking to start a huge Dragonforce debate... my main reason for popping into the topic was to mention that I think the Cellador debut is great.

I half agree. I haven't heard the Cellador debut but I've heard a couple tracks on it and it's not dragonforce caliber yet. On the other hand, Inhuman Rampage was a bit of a let down. Don't get me wrong, I love it and it's probably one of my favourite CDs, but it didn't progress any from Sonic Firestorm. It's only equally awesome instead of superiorly awesome.

Dragonforce is all wank and no balls. Cellardoor I quite like the 2 songs I have heard. I might buy that. Support true American Metal at least.

I haven't heard a single Dragonforce song, but I am quite confused as to how Hot Topic came to start selling it.

Some kid in my cs clan is laughing at me because I said I listen to dragonforce, and his favorite band is slipknot. He says they sound like dragon ball gay music.

Uh-no. not even close. Production/vocals/skills..etc.
I love the new Cellador but this is just anti-DF speaking. Re-listen. The hooks, melodies, vox range, Guitar playing(obviously) and overall catchiness is not close. Not even the band themselves would agree with this.

I really dig the cd of course. It is the only cd I have played in my car for the last week since I got it is. Lets not jump to ridiculous conclusions.

For one- There is no ballad on the album and for me that dissapoints :(

I'll give the production to Dragonforce. I'll give the vocals to Dragonforce. I'll give the skills to neither, as they've both got them.
This comes down to memorability for me and Cellador wins. Better choruses, better melodies... 'Enter deception' > 'Inhumane rampage'. 8)
I'm not saying Cellador is the better band though... I'd take 'Sonic Firestorm' over 'Enter deception'. 8)

Oh, and I too am a sucker for one ballad on CDs like these.
