Also if you see Kelly Osbourne there tell her 3 things for me.

1.That she couldn't get dick even if she dressed her cunt up and called it Jessica Alba.

2.That her old man still can't sing worth of shit and

3.That her mother is equal to or less then shit spewed out from a constipated elephant on laxatives.

SOAD - Yes
Lacuna Coil - Yes
Dragonforce - Yes
Unearth - If there was nothing else on...
Bleeding Through - If there was nothing else on...
Norma Jean - Yes
Strapping Young Lad - Yes

The rest can go whistle.

On a sidenote, it's amazing how quickly Velvet Revolver have gone out of fasion, considering they were OBVIOUSLY teh bets band EVA when that album of theirs came out...

Thats what i'd do too, minus the Norma Jean, which would be in the "If theres nothing else" pile.

I hope they're who I think they are. The jazzy spazzcore lot, no? I know there's a lot of them around...

Yeah, i think theyre one of those bands that isnt really metalcore, but gets lumped in there. Ive heard a song or two, and they sound better than Bleeding Through and Unearth.

Well, they're two of the better facelesscore bands. Plus the keyboard player in BT is hawt.

That's because they fooled everyone by making Slither, the best song the single. If the rest of the album had sounded like that song, I would have been pleased. Instead I got that, two more good songs, and the rest was a convoluted mess that couldn't decide if it was GNR-lite or STP-lite. I sold it rather quickly.

Theres power metal bands more talented than DF imo, that are more worthy of attention.

Blind Guardian
Wuthering Heights
Primal Fear(new)
Nevermore
Rage
Angra

...to name a few. Wuthering Heights is a new band (first album out 1999), and and at times as fast as DF but more mature.

I don't know about more Talented but they are certainly all better then DF. I think DF are probabaly the most talented PM band around but squander it with poor, predictable song writing and god awful solos that never end. If they matured in their song writing and cut the shit out the solos then i think they could easily be better then any of those bands listed. (except maybe guardian, they could never write songs that good)

I'm a huuuge fan of Wuthering Heights, but nobody is as fast as DF. Although I will agree with the talent remark. Maybe not in guitars, but in everything else.
