Has anyone heard of this band. I've downloaded all 3 albums and has just finished listening their debut Possesion Of Power. It sounded ok enough to try the other albums, sometimes reminded me of early Nocturnal Rites. It's very light though and a fan Power Quest or similar might like it (Ness i'm talking to you). What I want to know is if someone has heard anything else from them and if it sounds the same as their debut and if they got heavier. I find lots of good reviews about their latest Domination. |

I've given Domi<>nation a spin (a good while ago) and remember it being really quite good, if a little overlong. There was a helluva lot of keyboard but I remmeber the guitars having a nice crunch to them - certainly heavier than Power Quest. |

I've never heard Passion of Power, but I have heard "Imaginarium." It's pretty good and definitely heavier than Power Quest. I'll be sure to check it out their debut after your description (Power Quest, early Nocturnal Rites? YIIIIIIIIEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!) |

Well that is promising. The production on PoP isn't perfect and everything is kinda subdued into the mix, except the vocals. The lyrics are cheesy, the musicianship is slightly above average and the vocalist does a decent job, so I scored it 64. I'll check the rest of their albums soon. |

The lyrics stopped being about dragons and shiz early on. Domi<>nation is a concept album based on 1984 and Brave New World. |

Try it, just don't expect anything great. It's good for a listen or two when driving or studying. As Rad said, they changed their lyrics theme and got heavier and crunchier with their next releases so i'll try those next. |
