| Post subject: | Crimson's Glory "Astronomica" - Hit or Miss? |
I expect most of you know Crimson Glory. I consider their album "Transcendence" one of the best power metal albums ever made, but what do you think of their come-back album from 1999 "Astronomica" without Midnight? |

It's a miss for me.I've said it before and I'll say it again Crimson Glory without Midnight is not Crimson Glory.Their S/T and Transcendence are their best their 3rd one Strange & Beautiful wasn't up to snuff because Midnight wasn't at his best and this was the last album that he did with CG. I'm hoping that their planned reunion happens because I've been itching for a new CG album with Midnight for a long time. |

yeah it was ok. There's a couple good songs on it. You can still hear some of the patented Crimson Glory soaring guitar harmonies, so that was good. |
