So what do you guys think, is Blessing In Disguise by Metal Church a hit or a miss? For me is a big hit, sure, Mike Howe is no David Wayne, but that album its a great piece of Metal IMO. |

Most for sure a hit.Badlands is one kickass song and I'm glad I got to see that video for the first time in years on that link I posted in the music forum. |

I wanted to vote HIT but I MISSED :oops: as Eternal Idol said (what was your old name again ?) Howe is a better singer than Wayne but overall Metal Church is, imho, a 2nd rate metal band unlike Armored Saint ! 8) |

Blasphemy! Any band that can release their debut album and Hanging in the Balance is no second rate band! And this album is a hit. |

So not that many love for Wayne... well i do think that the Reverend is better than Howe, but Howe is great too, about Armored Saint yep they are a great fucking band, but lets focus on this album, Blessing In Disguise is a fucking Hit! |

I've always liked Metal Church. And I like Howe 100 times better than Wayne. The guy has tremendous potential, I actually remember that at one time he was rumoured to be Maiden's pick after Dickinson left. And if my name would have been Weikath, back in the 90's, I would have looked for Howe instead of Deris. Blessing in Disguise is neither hit nor miss. Not a hit because there are a lot of fillers or below average songs, and not a miss because Fake Healer, Badlands and Anthem to the Estranged are simply too awesome. |
