I've been meaning to pick this album up for a while now, but haven't been able to find it. So, I downloaded it. Good thing, I can't stand it. Ooh, it's proggy. Yep, and extremely boring! Man, I was expecting something much better. Too much boring instrumental wankery and not enough vocals. It's just a boring, boring album. Thoughts? |

A side project for Dream Theater members. Office of Strategic Influence I heard it sucked some major balls. So I have never picked it up. The members of Dream Theater have to many side projects, and most of them suck (except Liquid Tension Experiment). |

Good band. OSI have the following people in the band: Jim Matheos (Fate's Warning), Kevin Moore (Chroma Key, ex-Dream Theater), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) and Sean Malone (Gordion Knot, ex-Cynic, ex-Aghora). On the surface it would appear that this CD should be awesome. Nay, my friends, NAY! |
