Always after 'me lucky charms... :) Anyway, I love folk melodies combined with metal and this is just that. By the way, how does Elvenkings Heathenreel sound compared to Wyrd? I've been thinking of maybe getting one of them.

I heard the mp3s off the site about a year ago but I could never find anything by them. But I hear the old singer is back with Elvenking anyways, so meh.

They sound pretty much the same but Wyrd is slightly better.

Elvenking sounds like this? Hmmm...I thought I'd heard them before. I'm going to have to check them out now. Anyway, the demo is 15 Euros, S&H included direct from the band.

I can post the paypal address when they send it to me.

Get Heathenreel. Definitly a must have by Elvenking.

It's weird, most everyone says Heathenreel is better, but I agree with you.

Is it Damnagoras or the other guy that sings for this band?

Yeah Wyrd is more solid,and on heathenreel i couldnt understant 80% of the lyrics because of the singer wierd accent.

not bad, but singer needs some singing lessons to make his voice more melodic.

The story of it is this;

Damnagoras from ElvenKing, left Elvenking to join Leprechaun, they released their demo, then started work on Leprechauns second release, they have all the songs ready, but can't find a label who'll have them.

Damnagoras is now back with ElvenKing working on another album with them, I believe. However, when they see an opportunity to get the Leprechaun album released, they will.

I read this from an interview with Damnagoras.

I prefer ElvenKing over Leprechaun but they are both great folk bands.
