nice, but I don't really get why 2 singers with somewhat similar voices decided to do an album together. Kind of weird combination, might as well have brought in another singer if they are doing this to broaden the fan base of their bands. |

WTF? I agree with WIC, they sound way to similar to do stuff together. the point of having two singers is the contrast they make with one another. |

From the samples i heard i could only hear Jorn or maybe Allen, who knows.And I can't say that i was impressed with the music either. |

Has anybody heard the promo for Allen/Lande - THe Batlle, it should be cool just having those 2 awesome singers in one album, i havent heard it , but anyone outthere has heard it, post and tell me what you thought of it. |

I heard the Allen Lande album a couple times now, it sounds more like a tonedown Masterplan. Its hard sometimes to make out Russell Allen, but when you do, you know its him, with that incredible voice. I guess it hasn't grabbed me that much after a couple of spins, it's catchy as expected, ill give it more spins to make a final impression on it. Also the big highlight for me apart from the 2 vocalists has to be Magnus Karlsson (guitars and part producer), this guy puts out some nice solos and his usual trademark guitar sound in this one and he is becoming one of my favorite guitar players around, first in Last Tribe, then the kick ass Starbreaker album and now this, good job man keep it up. |
