Anyone around here familiar with this guy? Thomas is handing me off a promo of his newest album, so I did a bit of research and was totally surprised. Fucking fantastic neoclassical shred, though his newer stuff is essentially guitar-heavy instrumental progressive metal, which is fine by me as well.

I've never heard of him, but my brother may have. I'll bring this guy up next time I see him.



edit - That second song is pretty awesome. I like the spacey jazzy feel of it.

Bellas is similar in style to Alex Masi and Michael Harris all of these guys are instrumental/shred guitar players all of them signed to Lion Music which does a great job of releasing instrumental guitar material as well as progressive metal.
